Last heads up for the IKT Congress and Post-Congress 2015
Dear Congress participants,
The IKT Congress starts in two days and we have more than hundred subscribers! The program is going to be exciting and dense – have a look at the attached updated program and get prepared!
As the hotels booked by our participants are widely spread all over the city, we have to ask you to come individually to our meeting points each morning. In Vienna we will have two shuttle busses which will wait at the meeting points and will drive us, where necessary, to the next locations.
Registration for the Congress starts Thursday 6 to 8 pm at Kunsthalle Wien Karlsplatz. You will receive your info bag with maps etc. there. Those who have not paid their membership fee for 2015 yet, will be asked to do this with the registration.
You will see that we have renounced on the two alternative programs in Vienna, as most of you have applied for both tours. We will simply split the group and do the same tour clockwise and counter-clockwise.
Dear IKT members – please don't miss our General Assembly on Saturday at 5 pm at the Feenzelt at Prater. A shuttle bus will drive us there and afterwards a sponsored dinner will take place. We want to share this year's experiences with you and want to have your opinion on the next Congress venues!
In Budapest we will use public transport (accompanied by guides from the Off Biennale) and we will hand out daily passes for that. While reading the Budapest program, you will notice that we propose two alternative routes. Please understand that here you can chose only one program – seriously!
The Bratislava program is pretty rich as well – we will mainly walk from venue to venue. Those who want to use the shuttle bus to the Vienna airport on Wednesday – please do not forget to bring your luggage to Kunsthalle Bratislava in the morning!
We are very much looking forward to seeing you in Vienna, Budapest and Bratislava soon!
